Independent comparison for prospective users. NoVo is not affiliated with the tools named. Features and pricing change often — this page deliberately avoids quoting specific prices, because they go stale. Check each provider’s own site for current numbers.

“Cheapest” is the wrong frame if it produces a tool you stop opening. Here are the three real tiers, in ascending cost.

Tier 1: free visualisers

Several services now show GEX by strike, gamma flip, and call and put walls at no cost. Genuinely fine for learning and for a once-a-day check. Limits: refresh rate, no interpretation, and no guarantee it will still exist next quarter.

Tier 2: a dedicated analytics subscription

Paid platforms buy you faster data, breadth beyond one ticker, a documented methodology, and a research voice. Correct purchase if analysis is your bottleneck or you trade more than SPY.

Tier 3: levels bundled with execution

The third option is not a cheaper chart — it is a different product. Instead of buying levels and executing elsewhere, the levels and the trigger live in one place: you click, and the strike, sizing, protective stop and exit ladder are handled. You are paying to delete the handoff, not for prettier charts.

Two subscriptions that do not talk to each other are rarely cheaper than one that does the whole job — once you count the trades the seam costs you.

How to choose

Start free. Move to paid analytics if your losses trace to reading the market wrong. Move to a bundled cockpit if they trace to acting too slowly. Most traders skip that diagnosis and buy on features instead — which is how the five-subscription stack happens.

Where NoVo is the wrong answer

NoVo covers 0DTE/1DTE on SPY, QQQ and IWM and nothing else. If you need multi-ticker research, equities screening, futures gamma or macro commentary, a dedicated analytics platform is simply the better purchase. NoVo also never enters a trade on its own — you click every entry. And it does not reduce market risk: options carry substantial risk of loss, which is why paper mode exists.
